·         You must use the safety equipment when you are riding a bike or when you are practicing sports, because you could have a concussion if you have an accident, this concussion could have negative effects on your health

·         You have to avoid violence an any type of fights, because these could provoke on you a physical damage

It comes from outside or inside of you, and it is normal in the humans, this serve for protect your body in extreme situations, but you have to control it.

The stress is normal, but you can’t always control it, and for this reason, some tips for control the stress are:

·         You can make a list of the things that stress you, because you can’t control always everything

·         You can’t make all perfect, remember this, and you can solve these mistakes.

·         You can try get the control about some things, and solve the things that don’t let you be happy

·         You have to put limits, for example, if you don’t want go to some place, to can say NO, you mustn’t accept things that you don’t want or if you don’t have time

·         If you have much stress, you should look for someone that can help you
