Physical Health
The physical health is very
important, and it depends of you care of your body, the tips and
recommendations for you in this type of health, are:

You have to do exercise regularly, at least 60
minutes of every day
·
You should have a healthy diet, like eat fruits
and vegetables, grains, proteins and low-fat dairy products
·
The children and the teenagers have to care their
wight, because with obesity They could have chronic illnesses, depression or
bullying
·
You have to sleep between 9 and 9 ½ hours each
night, and if you don’t sleep the hours recommended, you could have problems to
concentrate in the school
·
You must
care your hearing, and for not damage it, you shouldn’t listen to loud music
·
You must brush your teeth
·
You must use a wear sunscreen for prevent the skin
cancer when you will be an adult

health
In the
same case of the physical health, the mental health Is very important, because
you could develop diseases. If you want know how care your mental health, you can follow the

you can do it, but only have to calm

You have to give all you can in the school,
because it could help you to develop your mental health

You must follow the rules of your parents, because
it could maintain a good relationship with them, because They can help you

You have to maintain a balance between school,
your social life and the work if you have

You must limit your activities, you can’t do all
activities, but you can organize these, and make the most important

health
Your
emotional health is your feelings, and same the others health, it has to be in
a balance. If you want care your emotional health, you must follow the next recommendations:

Excessive tiredness
o
Loss of self-esteem

Loss of appetite

weight gain or loss

You can talk with you teacher at the school if you
don’t want talk about of these topics with your parents

You mustn’t do bullying to any people of this
topic, it is very seriously, or if you are being victim of bullying, you must
tell to your teacher, parents or some people that you have trust
·
If you feeling sad you must look for an adult and
ask for help
